Antigovernment conspiracy theories and “end times” prophecies could motivate extremist individuals and groups to stockpile food, ammunition, and weapons. What a poorly written and one-sided piece of junk that report is! I kept getting distracted by the reference to Obama's election as "historical" rather than "historic." It is true that the election happened in the past, but I don't think that's what they meant.
